One of my approaches to therapy is Somatic Experiencing (SE); this form of therapy is aimed at relieving and resolving the symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, addiction and other mental and physical trauma-related problems by focusing on the client’s perceived body sensations (or somatic experiences).
